Hard words and soft words

Hi to all my sweet friends and visitors of this blog. This is the blog that will tell you the difference between the soft words and the hard words. I think that the usage of hard words is very bad. it will make others to get angry. It also paves the way for bad relationship. So try to avoid this. Also hard words cannot touch any soft heart. But soft words are having the capacity to touch all the soft hearts.
