Eggplant

This is the type of plant that was first domesticated in India. Actually it is native to southern India and SriLanka. This plant is believed traditionally to be hypotensive, a cholesterol regulator and anti-diabetic. It was introduced in Europe many years ago and now it is cultivated there. It is the useful plant.
